Concealed Carry Inc. just got a hold of an opportunity to showcase your shotgun shooting skills if you are interested in heading to Gainesville on October 21st.

Florida Bible Camp, an annual 4 week long Christian bible camp for 8-18-year-olds is putting on a fall Skeet and Trap Shooting Tournament at Gator Skeet & Trap on October 21st. The event will welcome both new and experienced shooters and will issue divisions based on skill level for those that attend. It will even cater to those that don’t happen to have a shotgun themselves, by offering rentals of guns that they have on hand. On top of that, Florida Bible Club will also be serving breakfast and lunch for the attendees.

The entrance fee for the competition is currently set at $100 per entrant, with all proceeds going to the Florida Bible Camp.

Prizes from Duck Commander, Vortex Optics, and Bass Pro Shops will also be given out to the top shooters in both the individual and group shooting events.

The rules for the skeet shooting portion of the competition are currently up on www.floridabiblecamp.org but we have a copy of them for you right HERE.

Now while this event is probably not going to get you much practice with your every day carry firearm (Unless you have some sort of giant trench coat holster rig, which if so, good for you) it is a good opportunity to get some shooting repetitions in, maybe meet some new gun-lovers like yourself, have some fun, and give to a good local cause.

So what do you think? Does this sound like something that would interest you? Do you attend or know of a church that is as pro-gun as this one? Let us know you thoughts in the comments section below.
